In the Gold Tour Grand Prix of Eschweiler there was a nice result for Joe Zapatero (by Zapatero VDL) under the German rider Alicia Daniels.
With the home-bred gelding, born in 2009, the rider finished eighth with zero jumping faults and within the specified time.
In the CSI3 * Grand Prix Table A in Eschweiler Jack Whitacker was 10th with the KWPN horse Elucar V.E. (v. Cardento).
In the Jumping / CSI2 * / Grand Prix Table A over 1.45m in St. Tropez there was a sixth place for Cassius van de Smis under Marcel Marschall and an eighth place for Marianita Candelaria under José María (jr) Larocca. Both horses are descendants of Cardento.
