Unfortunately, the rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus in the world has put us all in a difficult situation. We too are obliged to take a number of measures to stop this virus together.

You can normally order semen from the VDL Stud and as usual we will visit you to inseminate your mare(s).

With due observance of the guidelines of the RIVM, we try to continue all activities as carefully as possible. In order to keep it as safe as possible for both you and our employees, we ask you to take the following into account.

If we visit you to inseminate, we ask you:

• To report immediately when making the appointment when you have (mild) cold complaints;
• Let someone else receive us without complaints when this is the case;
• Limit the number of people present to one supervisor;
• No shaking hands and also ensuring good hand hygiene;
• Keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from our employees;
• Not to offer us coffee this time, unfortunately we cannot accept this in this situation.

When you visit us to inseminate your mare, the following guidelines apply:

• If you have (mild) cold complaints, please report this immediately when making the appointment;
• Limit the number of people present to one attendant, others may have to wait in the car;
• We do not shake hands at the moment and you can wash your hands with us;
• Keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from our employees;
• Normally we would like to offer you coffee, but unfortunately we cannot do this at the moment.

We beat the virus together, so we trust your understanding in this special and exceptional situation.
