There were good results by several  offspring of VDL stallions at the CSI of Nantes.

VDL Umare (Orame x Jimtown) and his rider Robert Vos were competing in the class for 7- and 8 years old jumpers. The 7-years old VDL Umare did very well and placed 2 times. He placed 3rd and 9th.

VDL Emmerton (Emilion x Nimmerdor), ridden by Jur Vrieling placed 5th in a 1.50 m class. Jur Vrieling also competed with the Ahorn-son Alwin Z and won a 1.35m class against the clock.

The Corland-mare Sensation, ridden by Suzanne Tepper, placed 4th in a 1.35 m class.

The Ahorn-son Koala du Prelet, ridden by Gerfried Puck, placed 3rd in  a1.40 m class against the clock.

The Indoctro-son Odoctro van het Vitseroel, placed 4th in a 1.45m class.
