The Provincial Mareshow of Frielsnad was a very succesfull show for the VDL Stallions. Their offspring did very well and there were many champions:

The placing of the 3 years old jumpers mares was as following:
1. Champion of the 3 years old jumpers: Anolivia VDL (Indorado x Nimmerdor), bred and owned by the VDL Stud
2. Abalia SMH (f. Chin Chin), bred and owned by M. Hovenga from Jelsum
3. Arnita (f. Indorado), bred by the fam. Hiemstra  and owned by Yde Walda and the VDL Stud.
5. Argane (f. Emilion), bred and owned by Fam. Sybrandi from Deinum
6. Annamieke VDL (f. Chin Chin), bred and owned by the VDL Stud
7. Anea O.A. (f. Chin Chin), bred and owned by O. Anema from Wijckel
8. Annacinthe VDl (f. Indoctro), bred and owned by the VDL Stud
9. Adea (f. Indoctro) bred and owned by the fam. Luimstra from Surhuizum
10. Acific VDL (f. Silverstone), bred and owned by the VDL Stud
11. Amina VDL (f.Quidam de Revel), bred and owned by the VDL Stud.

Champion of the jumpingbred foals was the son of Zirocco Blue: Dior VDL, Dior VDL is bred and owned by Y. Walda from Wommels.
Placed 2nd was the Indoctro-mare Dahlia II VDL, bred and owned by the VDL Stud, placed 3rd was the Vermont-son Domecq VDL bred and owned by the VDL Stud.

In the Championship of the dressage foals there was a 2nd place for the Westpoint-mare Diarona T, bred and owned by G. Talsma from Ginnum.
