Very good results for VDL Stallions in the first round of the KNHS/KWPN Stallioncompetition at Hengelo.

There were 4 stallions competing in the class for the 4 years old stallions, this were VDL Zapatero (Chin Chin x Ircolando), VDL Zelote (Chin Chin x Libero H), Zavall VDL (Casall x Emilion) and Zirocco Blue VDL (Mr. Blue x Voltaire). All 4 stallions jumped, for their first time competing, very well and got good scores and comments by the judges. They were placed as following:
3rd place for Zapatero VDL, ridden by Dennis van Tilburg
4th place for Zavall VDL, ridden by Angelique Hoorn
8th place for Zelote VDL, ridden by Dennis van Tilburg
9th place for Zirocco Blue VDL, ridden by Jur Vrieling.

In the class of the 5 years old stallions there was a 4th place for the Indoctro-son Wittinger VDL, ridden by Jur Vrieling. Wittinger made a clear round and jumped with a lot of Scope and Take-off.

In the class of the 6-yeas and older stallions there was a 2nd place for VDL Vegas (Atlantic x Jus de Pomme), ridden by Dennis van Tilburg. Also placed for the jump-off was Bordeaux VDL (Baloubet du Rouet x Silvio I), also ridden by Dennis van Tilburg, he was placed 10th.
