At CSIO Meydan Top League Rome 2009, Seldana (by Emilion) became 4th with her rider Natale Chiaudani.
 VDL Oram� became in this Grand Prix 13th with Jur Vrieling, they had unfortunately one down.

In the Nations Cup Team Competition, Springtime (by Indorado), Oram� and Tomboy (by Emilion) became 6th with the Dutch Team. They were riden by Nathalie van der Mei, Jur Vrieling and Eric van der Vleuten. Springtime had 0/4 and Oram� 4/0. The Italian team became 8th, with Emilion-mare Seldana and rider Natale Chiaudine. 9th becam Lunatic (by Landlord) with his rider Jens Fredricson for the Swedisch team. 

In the 1.50 three horses sold or born by the VDL Stud placed at the first 10!
 The winner became a young of Cardento, Cazino, ridden by Rodrigo Pessoa, 4th placed the Emilion-son Made in Margot with his rider Clarissa Crotta and 10th became Lunatic,  by Landlord, ridden by Jens Fredericson.

 Also in the 1.45 class Mixed Competition became three offspring of the VDL stallions by the first 10.
 The winner was VDL Emmerton (by Emilion), ridden by Jur Vrieling. Third becam the Landlord, Lunatic, with his rider Jens Fredricson.
 10th placed the Corland-mare, Tersina, ridden by Nathalie van der Meij.
 In another 1.45 class VDL Emmerton placed third.

 In the class Puissance the Emilion-son Mivenno, with his rider Paolo Zuvadelli, became 3rd.
 Caramell KS (by Cardento) and his rider Svante Johansson became 4th in the 1.40 class.
