Lots of succes for the VDL Stud at the foal show of Harich. Also breeders with offspring of VDL Stallions were successful at this foalshow with more then 150 entries.

Champion of the jumpingbred colts was the son of Zirocco Blue Gerando, bred and owned by fam. Faber from Augustinusga. Placed 3rd was Gillarduzzi, a son of Indoctro bred and owned by S. van der Meer from Surhuisterveen.

In the Championship of the jumpingbred filly's there was a lot succes for VDL's own breeding. Numbers 1, 2, and 3 of this Championship were bred at the VDL Stud. Champion became the Nimmerdor-filly Gracia van Dahlia, bred out of the beautiful Chin Chin daughter Dahlia van de Hermitage. Reserve Champion became Gelena VDL , a daughter of Mr. Blue out of the Chin Chin-mare Welena, Dutch Free jumping Champion and sister of the international jumper Southwind VDL. Placed 3rd was Gersina VDL, a filly by Bubalu VDL out of the Corland-mare Zersina, a sister of the international jumper Rocksina VDL.

By the dressagebred foals there was a lot of succes for offspring of Uphill.
Champion of the colts became Gaudy-Loma (Uphill x Goodtimes), bred and owned by Harm Dijkstra from Broeksterwoude.

In the championsring of the filly's 5 of the 7 selected were filly's by Uphill. Reserve-Champion was Gynieta B (Uphill x Farrington)  bred and owned by  A.Th. de Boer from Sint Johannesga. Placed 3rd was the  Carlton Hill VDL-filly  Girona T (mf.Flemmingh) bred and owned by  G. Talsma from Ginnum.
