There were good results this weekend for offspring of VDL Stallions at the Swedish Championship for Young Jumpers. Striking was the high number of young Cardento's who were placed in the Championships.

Champion of the 7 years old jumpers was Twiggen, a Cardento x Gibson, ridden by Jens Wickstrom. Finished 4th was Thriller P, Cardento x Lucky Light, ridden by Lisen Bratt Fredricson also at 6th place an offspring of Cardento: Carpe Diem af Pan, ridden by Victoria Almgren.

In the Freejumping Championship, for 3 years old jumpers, the Championship was won by an offspring of Cardento: Care for Love,  a Cardento bred out of an Quite Easy mare, she won convincingly with a score of 9,1. Reserve-Champion was Lovely Boy,  a Sheraton x Landlord, who received a nice score of 8,8 for Free Jumping.

Reserve-Champion of the 5-years old jumpers was Cornelia, a mare by Corland, ridden by  Victoria Almgren. Placed 5th was Carduzo (Cardento x Landlord), ridden by Jenny Berglund. There was a very good 6th place for the stallion Corporal VDL, a Cardento x Grosso Z, ridden by Magnus Osterland. Further in the top 15 we see the following offspring of Cardento:
7th: Duvkalle, Cardento x Concorde, ridden by Fredrik Jonsson
10th: Carl af Oppeby , Cardento x Chapman, ridden by Jorgen Larsson
13th: Candy, Cardento x Voltaire, ridden by Olof Smith
15th: Pasilla HH, Cardento x Ralme Z, ridden by Py Jagerden.

In the Championship for 4 years old jumpers Al Cendo, an Al Cantino x Cardento, ridden by Olof Smith, became reserve-Champion. Placed 5th was Candlelight K, Cardento x Everest, ridden by Stina Lilje and finished 6th was the VDL Stud's stallion Camillo VDL, Douglas x Baloubet du Rouet, ridden by Magnus Osterlund. Placed 11th was Cardine F, Cardento x Dammen, ridden by Jenny Ostberg.
