Today the stallions Etoulon VDL (Toulon x Calvados) and Everglade VDL (Kashmir van het Schuttershof x Indoctro) passed their stalliontest and are now approved by the KWPN.

Etoulon VDL:
Etoulon VDL is a modern build stallion with a lot of charisma. He was the eyecatcher in Den Bosch and was honored as the Reserve-champion of the KWPN stallion approvals. He has a lot of power at the jump, very good reflexes and is very carefull.

His sire Toulon is a son of the ‘Preferent’ stallion Heartbreaker and was a successful Grand Prix jumper. He won the Grand Prix of Sao Paulo, placed 2nd in the Nations Cup of Rome and was highly placed in Grand Prix’s and World Cup Qualifiers. Then we see the stallion Calvados ‘Keur’, ridden by Peter Geerink at Grand Prix level and sire of many jumpinghorses. Further in the line of pedigree we see the stallions Le Mexico and Lucky Boy XX.

On mothers side we see a proven dam line. Dam Utareusa is ‘Elite’ and daughter of the ‘Ster, Preferent and Prestatie’ mare Brigitte. She brought 2 National jumping horses and is also granddam of the Grand Prix jumper Tereusa. More International jumpers from this damline are : Sundance Kid, Pitareusa, Itareusa en Oteusie.

Etoulon VDL passed his stallion test with flying colors. He had a total score of 88,5 points and received the following points:

Everglade VDL:
Everglade VDL is a beautifull and correct build stallion. He jumps with ease, has a lot of scope, is carefull at the jump and has a great attitude.

Everglade VDL has a very interesting pedigree. His sire is Kashmir van het Schuttershof, a son of Nabab de Reve who jumped with Philip Le Jeune at Grand Prix level. His offspring are upcoming at international shows. Grandsire is the ‘Preferent’ stallion Indoctro, who we all know as sire of many international jumpers. Further in the sire line we find the stallions Nabuur and Notaris.

Mother Adea is ‘Elite Sport’ and is competing at 1.35m level. Grandmother Fodea is ’ Keur, Preferent and Prestatie’ and has also brought the international jumper Karina. She won the Team Gold Medal with rider Robert Whitaker at the European Championships for young riders and placed individually 4th. . She won more then 20 international classes up to Grand Prix level.

Everglade VDL did a very good stalliontest and received a total score of 79 points. He got the following scores:

Also a son of Zirocco Blue got his approval for the KWPN Stud: Everblue (Zirocco Blue x Indorado), he received a nice score of 77,5 points. Everblue is bred by the fam. Veenstra from Nuis.
