On September 20th there was held a foal auction at Zangersheide, there were some offspring of VDL stallions sold for high prices.

  One of the topsellers in the auction was Darko Z (Douglas x Quick Star). This colt is bred by J.W.M Veltmaat from Lemelerveld and got sold for € 24.000.

There were also good prices in the auction for:
- Kalora Z (Kannan x Heartbreaker), bred by  W. Schellekens from  Esbeek, sold for € 25.000
- Cupido Z (Carrera x Corland), bred by  P. Bastiaansen from Tilburg, sold for € 10.000
- Kacento Z (Kannan x Cento), bred by J.H.M. Custers from Hunsel, sold for € 12.000
- Dirk Z (Dakar x Canturo) , bred by  J.W.M. Veltmaat from Lemelerveld sold for  € 7.500
- Intense Royal Z (Inshallah de Muze x Quantum), bred by  K. Wellekens sold for € 7.500
