Brantzau-son Be Blue (by Brantzau) wins the 1.50m 3* GP in Oliva

Brantzau's offspring are making their mark at international competitions this week. At multiple locations and at various levels, the offspring of the VDL Stud stallion delivered convincing performances, culminating in a victory in a 1.50m Grand Prix.

During the CSI3 Gold 4 Grand Prix* on December 13, Be Blue (by Brantzau) jumped to victory under Spanish rider Sergio Álvarez Moya. In a highly competitive class, the pair remained clear in both the basic round and the jump-off and recorded the winning time of 34.71 seconds. This performance not only earned them the victory, but also €14,250 in prize money. H. Osterkamp is the breeder of the Brantzau daughter. In the same Grand Prix, Lancaster W (by Glenfiddich) with Bart Lips finished in a respectable sixth place, also clear. The Glenfiddich son is bred by B. Wezenberg.

There was also success for Masterpiece F (by Harley) with Charlotte Walker (GBR), who won the 1.40m class. The Harley son, bred by Florijn Paarden, also won the 1.35m class.

The young guard also made their presence felt. During the CSIYH1 for 7-year-old horses* on December 10, the victory went to Bert 74 (by Brantzau) with Tomma Thiesen (GER). The Holsteiner-bred talent remained clear and won the final convincingly. Bert 74's breeder is Jens Ritters, who once again sees Brantzau's success in the young horse classes confirmed.

The international success was further extended in Abu Dhabi (CSI4), where Pink Floyd V&V (by Brantzau) with Saif Owaida Mohammed Alkirbi (UAE) won the Special Two Phase. With a fast and flawless second phase (24.44 sec.), the duo stayed ahead of the competition and once again underlined the speed and attitude that are so characteristic of Brantzau's offspring. Pink Floyd V&V was bred by H. Voort (NED).

With Grand Prix wins, young horse victories, and international wins up to CSI4* level, Brantzau confirms his status as a stallion who delivers on all fronts.
