OCALA, USA - Coverboy (by Veron x Corland) and Catherine Wachtell have taken first place in an 1.35m competition in Ocala. Earlier this week, the successful combination also claimed a win.
The jumping season has been successful for Coverboy and Wachtell so far. Coverboy already claimed second place in a CSI2* Grand Prix during the Global Champions Tour in the USA. In the 1.40m the gelding even became first. In Saugerties the gelding came in second at the HITs high amateur competition in the Black Barn $ 100,000 class.
Coverboy was bred by the Meeuwes family from Havelte and was auctioned as a 3-year-old at the first WEF Sport Horse Auction in Wellington under the name Chester.
