RAGUSA, Sicily - At the foal inspections in Ragusa, Sicily, there were good results for the descendants of Zirocco Blue, Douglas and Dallas.
Foal da Magda (by Zirocco Blue), owned by Salvatore Martino, was fourth among the colts.
Foal da Too Quick K (by Zirocco Blue) ,from the same owner, was eighth in this class.
Foal da Dolcezza (by Douglas), also owned by Salvatore Martino, finished third among the fillies.
Luisa Malfitano's Tahira Blue (by Zirocco Blue) finished in sixth place in the mares' aptitude test.
Detroit (by Dallas), owned by Alessia Ruggieri, finished ninth in a large field of participants in the final of free jumping. Detroit also achieved good results in a few other classes.
