AREZZO - Imar (Carrera VDL x Indoctro), ridden by Jenny Rankin (IRE), finished a fine third in the CSI3* Grand Prix over 1.50m in Arezzo (ITA).
Ten-year-old Imar placed in the top ten of a Grand Prix no less than three times in October 2022. The talented Carrera VDL son also won the jumping Puissance in Tryon (USA) ex aequo at the end of last year. A wall of no less than 1.95m was spectacularly conquered by VDL Imar and Daniel Coyle (IRE). In the Turf Tour in Wellington, USA, this combination finished second last year.
VDL Imar found his new owner in the USA during the WEF Sport Horse Auction edition 2019. Every year, VDL Stud brings a quality collection of sport horses to the annual auction, which is organised jointly with the Wellington Winter Equestrian Festival.
