Imperial HBF (v. Glasgow vt Merelsnest) 5th in the Grand Prix Dublin

Imperial HBF (Glasow vt Merelsnest x Original VDL) is having a fantatastic career under Tim Gredley, this weekend they placed 5th in the 1.60m Grand Prix of Dublin. Imperial HBF is bred by Laura Tinto who bought his mother Carina VDL from us a s a young mare, this mare has brought her already 3 international horses:

  •  G-Carla HBF  > jumping at 1.50m level

  • HBF-Delta > jumping at 1.45m level

  • and of course Imperial HBF very successful at the highest level in showjumping

On Sunday there was also fifth place for Mendoza VDL (by Harley) in the class for 7 & 8 year old horses. Earlier in the week, Mendoza (by Harley) already managed to win and take 2nd place with Shane Dalton. The Harley son is bred by the VDL Stud. 

The victory on Saturday in the 1.45m class went to DHF Alliance (by Douglas) and Geoff Curran. The Douglas daughter is bred by Paul Douglas from Ireland. Second place went to Lena VDL (by Carrera) and Daniel Coyle. The Carrera daughter, bred by VDL Stud, also achieved a nice third place on Wednesday and also managed to be placed on the other days. With a sixth place on Sunday in the 1.50m, in that classe went the 4th place to Captain Morgan Weering Z (by Carrera) and Giulia Martinengo Marquet. Stal de Weering is breeder of the Carrera son, the duo finished ont the 6th place on Saturday. On Wednesday the victory went to Parvati AEG (by Arezzo). The Arezzo daughter managed to stay clear with Francis Derwin and set the fastest time. The duo managed to take a nice second place on Thursday and were also placed on the last day. Parvati AEG is bred by Stal Aegten BVBA from Belgium.

Ocean Quality (by Baltic) claimed the victory on Wednesday in the second 1.45m class against the clock. With Emillie Conter, the Baltic daughter, bred by Quality Stud, managed to leave all the competition behind her and they also managed to be placed on Saturday and Sunday.

At last, Cartello VDL finished on a second place with Darragh Kenny during the team jumping of the Nations Cup. With a flawless first round, the duo managed to win €10,000 in prize money. Cartello VDL is bred by Pferdeschik Witt GbR.
