This past weekend, the Young Foal Inspection for the Northern Region took place, where several offspring of VDL stallions were invited to the finals.

The championship went to the Zirocco Blue foal V.Twentyfive, bred and registered under the names of S. van der Meer from Surhuisterveen & I.G.R. van der Meer from Lucaswolde.

The second place went to Vottie TO (Mindset ES x Padinus), bred and registered under the name of H.J. ten Oever from Ruinen.

• 4th place: Volbeat EZ (Mindset ES x Everglade VDL), bred by E. Zandberg
