There were no fewer than 31 entries for the three-year-olds in the free jumping competition for young horses at the IJsselriders in Brummen. The KWPN East Gelderland region organized this competition for the first time.
Most of the points were for Luciaza (Harley x Falaise de Muze), bred and owned by Mr. H. J. W. Stapelbroek from Vierakker.
Luciaza received 47 points from the jury, with an 8 for power, reflexes and take-off. Judge Jurgen Stenfert called Luciaza "a complete horse and interesting for the future".
La Ville VDS (Grand Slam VDL x Arezzo VDL) finished in third place with 44.7 points. This mare is bred and owned by Mr. J.J. van der Sar from Hoge Hexel.
