There were some good results at the KWPN mareshow in Appingadam for offspring of VDL stallions:
The best 3-years old jumpmare became the Sheraton-mare Windependence VDL, bred by the VDL Stud and owned by mr. J. Barsema from Winsum. Windependence received 80 points for type and 85 points for Free Jumping.

The best mare for Dressage was Wasington A, a beautiful daughter of Flemmingh, who is owned by J. and C. Laarakkers from Winschoten. Wasington A received 85 points for type and 80 points for movement.
