Good results for VDL stallions and for offspring of VDL Stallions at the International Horse Show of Falsterbo in Sweden.

One of the classes in this show was the Open Swedish Championship for 7 years old jumpers, this Championship was won by the approved stallion VDL Empire (Emilion x Lord Calando) and his rider Niclas Arvidsson. They were clear on the first round on Thursday and had one down in the class on Saturday. In the final on Sunday they won and became Champion of the 7-years old jumpers.

VDL Cardento competed succesfull in Falsterbo. With his rider Peter Eriksson the stallion became 3rd in the Grand Prix of Falsterbo and Cardento was the best horse of Sweden in the Nations Cup on Friday. Also offspring of Cardento performed well: The Cardento son-Campione, ridden by Cecilia Lundback, became the 9th place in the Open Swedish Championship for 6-years old horses. The Cardento-daughter Classic Lady was winner of a 1.45 m class for 7-years old horses. Classic Lady is ridden by Svante Johansson. The Cardento-mare Campella, riden by Jens Wickstrom, became 8th in the Championship of the 5-years old  horses. 

Pessoa VDL (Animo x Nimmerdor), who is bred and owned by the VDL Stud, became the best horse of the Brazilian team in the Nations Cup. Pessoa VDL is ridden by the Brazilian team and with Vitor Teixera they became the 3rd place.

The Landlord-son Lanz, ridden by Peter Eriksson, became winner of the BJ Trophy. The Goodtimes-son Lorenzo became 2nd in this class, Lorenzo is ridden by Anna Kursinski. The Landlord-mare Dicta MB, ridden by Emma Emanuelsson, became 4th in this class and was also winner of a 1.40 m class on Thursday.
