The approved stallion VDL Sydney is sold to Mexico, where he will be used for sport and breeding. Here in Holland VDL Sydney and Marcel de Boer were a very succesfull combination in Sport. In 2005 the were titled as the Best Young Stallion jumper in Zwolle and in 2006 they became 5th at the national 1.30 m Championships. This year they were already competing at 1.35 m level.
Every year the beautiful stallion has bred here in Holland a good number of mares. His oldest offspring are now 3-4 years old and are good in the market, they are sold as jumphorse but also as dressagehorses.
With his new rider VDL Sydney will start to compete at 1.40 m level, they will start with competing in August at the horseshows in Kentucky, USA and after that he will fly to his new home in Mexico.
