The Golden Boys did it again! Last Saturday they won the big final of the Furusiyya Nations Cup at CSIO 5* Barcelona. Chef d’Equipe Rob Ehrens took the Dutch Golden team of Normandy to Barcelona : Jeroen Dubbeldam with Zenith SFN, Gerco Schroder with Glock's London, Maikel van der Vleuten with VDL Groep Verdi and our Bubalu with Jur Vrieling. The Dutch team jumped superb and won the competitions with 3 clear rounds in the 2nd round. Bubalu VDL and Jur Vrieling contributed to this victory with two fantastic clear rounds.

With this Jur Vrieling shared in the extra added bonus of 200,000 euros for the combinations that made a double clear round. Jur Vrieling, Maikel van der Vleuten, Daniel Deusser and Henrik von Eckermann each won 50.000 euro extra.

It was for Bubalu the last Nations Cup in which he competed.  Bubalu and Jur will compete at some more competitions and then he will come home fulltime for breeding mares the next breedingseason!
