U Chin van Schuttershof (s. Chin Chin) was placed as sixth in a 1.40m competition and placed as eigth in a 1.45m competition during CSI Lons le Saunier in France. He was ridden by Thierry Goffinet from Belgium. Gin Tonic van de Haagakkes (s. Indorado) and rider Severin Hillereau were placed as ninth in a 1.45m competition.

Dickens II (s. Carolus II) was placed as fith in a competition for 7 year old showjumpers . Dickens was ridden by Barbara Schnieper.

During CSIO San Gallo (Switzerland) there were also placings for several offspring of VDL Stallions:
Dougie Douglas (s. Douglas) was placed as ninth in a 1.45m competition and was ridden by Holly Gillot.
Chin Quidam (s. Chin Chin) and Darragh Kenny were placed as eigth in a 1.45m competition. Darragh Kenny also rode Imothep and they were placed as ninth in a 1.50m competition.
