There were good results in the selection classes of the Wolden Cup for 4- and 5 year old jumpers.

Winner of the 5 year olds was Girocco (Zirocco Blue x Indoctro), ridden by Nicole Botma
Also high placed were:
2nd Gerdinieke (Bacardi x Oklund), ridden by Daan van Geel
3rd Gold Finger (Carrera x Atlantic), ridden by Laura Ling
4th Golinde ( Emilion x Jus de Pomme), ridden by Daan van Geel
6th VDL Gamble (Campbell x Quick Star), ridden by Laura Ling

In the class of the 4 year olds were placed:
7th Houdini (Inshallah de Muze x Lupicor), ridden by Wilfred Harke
9th Dalco VDL (Dallas x Action Breaker), ridden by Laura Ling

Also in the first competition of the Wolden Cup, held at May 13th at De Wijk, there were VDL offspring high placed.
Laura Ling and VDL Gamble (VDL Campbell x Quickstar) won the class of 5 year olds and she also placed 2nd with Goldfinger VDL (Carrera x Atlantic). Ex-Aequo 2nd was Genesis (Chello III x Veneur), ridden by Albert Zoer
