Ebanking (by Etoulon) wins the 3* 1.60m Birmingham

Last Saturday, Ebanking (by Etoulon) and Joseph Stockdale won the 3* 1.60m in the English city of Birmingham. Bred by E. Vriend, the Etoulon son has now been under Joseph Stockdale's saddle for a year and is out of the "Ster" mare Aranabel (by Sheraton).

In the 3* 1.45m, victory went to Scarteen (by Cardento) and Irishman Shane Breen. In a super fast time of 52.33 seconds and a clear round, they managed to leave all competition behind. The Cardento son is bred in Ireland by Breen Equestrian LTD.  Fourth place went to Fame (by Harley) and Richard Howley, bred by M.P. Toering.

On Saturday, there was a fine second place for I Am a Harley (by Harley) in the 3* 1.60m. The Harley son has been a duo with Britain's Emily Sage for many years and is bred by de Radstake. This was the first time at 1.60m level for the duo and they immediately managed a clear round. In the same class, Ovidius vd Donkhoeve (by Zirocco Blue) and David Simpson managed to finish in fourth place. The Zirocco Blue son is bred by Gustaaf Quintelier of De Donk NV.

At the Puissance jumping in Birmingham, Flamboyant III managed to finish fifth with William Whitaker. The Cardento offspring is bred on Terschelling by A.C. Trip - Van IJzeren.
