Dobbey (Zirocco Blue x Grosso Z) is very succesfull lately. He won several prices on International shows. But now he won the 1.55m Grand Prix during CSI de Peelbergen, a great result! He is ridden by Lars Kersten.
But he wasn’t the only offspring of Zirocco Blue who was succesfull during CSI de Peelbergen:
- Albert Zoer rode the stallion Florian (Zirocco Blue x Cardento) in a 1.45m competition and they were placed as 7th.
- Houston B (Zirocco Blue x Vigaro) and rider Alexander Butler won a 1.30m competition for 7-year old showjumpers. They were also placed as 4t and as 7th in other competitions for 7-year old showjumpers.
- Hugo Boss (Zirocco Blue x Lord) and rider Patrick Lemmen were placed as 3rd in a 1.30m competition
- Giolita (Zirocco Blue x Goodwill) was placed as 3rd in a 1.30m competition and is ridden by Sophie Hinners.
Durango VDL, son of Zirocco Blue VDL, had also an offspring in a competition for 6-year old showjumper: Itorina BK (Durango x Matterhorn). She was placed as 7th and as10th in this competition for 6-year old jumpers. Itorina is ridden by Ian Mcfarlane.
