The Nations Cup at the Dublin Horse Show is one of the most prestigious team competitions in the world and is contested for the historic Aga Khan Trophy. Ridden by top Irish rider Daniel Coyle, Farrel VDL once again demonstrated his qualities at the highest level.
In both the first and second rounds, the VDL-bred son of Cardento remained clear. With this double clear round, Farrel VDL and Coyle made a significant contribution to the Irish team, which ultimately finished second.
Arezzo VDL’s daughter, Parvati AEG, also enjoyed success at five-star level during the prestigious Dublin Horse Show. The eleven-year-old mare won the 1.45m Speed Stakes with Irish rider Francis Derwin.
The pair completed a clear and fast round in 54.21 seconds. This put them well ahead of the competition and secured them the victory. Parvati AEG (by Arezzo) was bred by BV Stal Aegten in Peer. Later in the week, they also managed to finish in 4th place.
