Farrel (by Cardento) 2nd in Grand Prix Live Oaks, Ocala

Once again, outstanding results for our homebred Farrel VDL (Cardento x Stakkato)! The 15-year-old gelding, ridden by Daniel Coyle, is in top form and secured an impressive 2nd place in the 1.60m Grand Prix of Live Oaks in Ocala last weekend. Earlier in the weekend, the duo already claimed victory in the 1.55m class on Friday.

Farrel VDL, owned by Lothlorien Farm, was purchased as a young horse through the WEF Sport Horse Auction. The 3rd place in the Grand Prix also went to a former auction horse: VDL Imar (Carrera x Indoctro), ridden by Will Simpson.

On Saturday evening, the Grand Slam son Keminko N, bred by G.A. Nijhof-Ruiterkamp, won the 1.50m class with rider Will Simpson. A day earlier, this duo had already secured a 2nd place in the 1.40m class.
