On 21 September 2025, the Grand Prix (1m60) with jump-off – with a total prize money of €288,519 – saw fierce competition for the victory. It was a great day for international show jumping, with a podium place for a VDL offspring. 3rd place: Daniel Coyle (IRL) with Farrel (by Cardento), bred by VDL Stud (NED). They remained clear in the basic round and jump-off, and took a fine third place. With Farrel's third place, VDL Cardento confirms his value as a progenitor of absolute top show jumpers. Farrel, now fifteen years old, shows that he can still compete for the prizes at the highest level.
