WELLINGTON - Great Tikila J (by Carosso VDL) and Darragh Kenny have won the 3 * Grand Prix in Wellington. In a 1.50m competition a few days earlier, the combination finished third. Great Tikila J was bred in 2011 by M. Jespers.
Kenny was also very successful with Cicomein VDL (by Chacco Blue x Jus de Pomme). In the CSI3 * over 1.50m, the rider sent the fourteen-year-old mare to fourth place in a very fast round. Also in the 1.40m and 1.45m classes, Cicomein VDL and Kenny already achieved very good results in the USA this year, with several victories. Cicomein VDL was bred by Mts. Van Esch from Heeswijk Dinther. The horse was sold in the De Wolden Summer Sale.
