Very proud of our 3 yr old by Herald 111, Carrowgar Herald, known at home as Gorgeous George, who won 3 yr old Championship and Supreme Young Horse Champion at Royal Dublin Horse Show last week, then went on to win theprestigious Pembroke Cup for owner/breeders. It was a very proud moment when this beautifully behaved young horse led the parade of champions in the main international arena before the Nations Cup. In 2015, i attended the VDL Stallion Show with 2 stallions in mind for my traditionally bred Irish Sporthorse mares but changed my mind when there and Gorgeous George was the happy result of that change. He is now moving to the UK where he will continue to compete as a ridden horse and i see many more championships for this lovely horsein the future. Thankyou VDL stud for helping me to produce such a magnificent animal and luckily i have 2 full brothers still at home!
