WIERDEN - Icoon VDL (Bubalu x Cardento) and Hessel Hoekstra (NED) achieved a nice third place in the CSI2* Grand Prix of Wierden over 1.45m. Icon VDL is bred by and owned by the VDL Stud.
Gweedore vd Grootekamps Z (Glasgow van 't Merelsnest x Corland) and Harrie Wiering (NED) came second.
In the CSI2* Grand Prix, the Harleys were in charge. Fabulous (Harley x Colandro) won the CSI2* Grand Prix over 1.30m with his rider Doron Kuipers (NED). Just Chesnut (Harley VDL x Goodtimes) finished second under Rink-Jan Dijkstra. Fabulous and Kuipers also won another 1.30m class and finished fourth in another round.
Ionne-S (Corland x Lord Z) and Josta van Straaten (NED) won the 1.35m.
Impian D (Bubalu VDL x Lux Z) and Henk Frederiks (NED) achieved a nice fourth place in the 1.35m. This combination was second in the 1.30m.
Ilivia (Dakar VDL x Glennridge) and Rink-Jan Dijkstra (NED) finished sixth in the 1.40m class without merit. The same sixth place was for Graziano (Baltic VDL x Great Pleasure) and Micky Morssinkhof (NED) in the 1.45m.
