SAN GIOVANNI IN MARIGNANO - Iron Man 15 (Indoctro x Diamant de Semilly) and Finja Bormann (GER) have won the CSI3* over 1.45m in San Giovanni in Marignano. Iron Man 15 was bred by the VDL Stud.
Elzarena (Zavall VDL x Zeoliet) put in an excellent performance by winning the 1.35m. Under Janis Schneebeli (SUI), the eleven-year-old mare remained clear in a fast time.
Kawyrusa H (Baltic x Corland), bred by the Hazenberg family, Opende, was placed third in the CSIYH1* for six-year-olds over 1.25m under Nico Lupino (IT). Captain Morgan Weering Z (Carrera VDL x Arezzo VDL) and Emily Mason (GBR) were fifth. Another class for six-year-olds resulted in third place for Zirona Blue (Zirocco Blue x Quidam de Revel) and Giulia Locatelli (ITA).
Zavalli D (Zavall VDL x Baltic VDL) and Elisabeth Knaus (AUT) were not without merit in the CSI3* over 1.30m and finished third and fifth.
