ERMELO (NED) - Our 4-year-old dressage stallion Merlot VDL (Bordeaux x Florencio) was honored with a high score of 85.5 points as Champion of the KWPN performance test. Last year he was already in the spotlight at the KWPN Stallion Show and was honored as one of the KWPN premium stallions. Now he more than lived up to expectations during the performance test. He received a 9 for his flexibility, posture & balance and for his attitude.
“A stallion who always walks with the withers up, looks up his hand, has a lot of tritt in walk and can switch gears well. He also has a very nice character ”, says Bert Rutten.
