Multiple champion titles at the Foal & Mare Shows last week

Midden-Beemster
The Zenon daughter Suprême, bred by Stal Heeserveld, managed to convince the judges with her athletic build, good walk, lots of body use and a very good trot with lots of power, technique and light-footedness. This earned Suprême, owned by Saskia van Musscher, a ticket to the NMK.
In showjumping, there was success for Veni Vidi Vici X (by Comthago) bred by X Stables. Despite his young age, the Comthago son managed to convince the judges for an invitation to the NVK. "This is a well-developed and strongly muscled colt. He has sufficient length and is appealing. He can stride well, trots light-footed with good impulsion and in canter he has plenty of scope and suppleness and can change easily in the process."

Groningen
Sarissa (by Landino) won the Championship at the Central Keuring in Groningen. The Markhorst-bred Landino daughter particularly impressed with her good body use and athletic ability during jumping. Among the showjumping foals, Vive Lamorka R (by Mindset) managed to finish in a nice 3rd place in the champion's ring. The Mindset daughter is bred by M.J. Rijkeluizen is of appealing type, moves light-footed and canters with good posture and balance. More tickets for the NVK were handed out:
- Varuso H (by Baltic), bred by: A.J. Hazenberg
- Viva la Dive (by Harley), bred by: S. Kuperus
- Vipyrusa H (by Zinelord), bred by: A.J. Hazenberg
- Vowyrysa H (by Etoulon), bred by: A.J. Hazenberg
In the champion ring in the dressage foals, Vasilios J.D. (by Barton) was reserve champion, bred by J. Dikkema Jr. ‘A younger foal, with lots of charisma and an appealing model and front’. He too managed to secure a ticket to the National Inspection in Ermelo.

Zeeland
In Zeeland, the champion's ribbon went to Verron (by New Pleasure), bred by S. Moens.  The son of New Pleasure is a strongly-built, well-built colt with a correct and hard foundation. His stride is relaxed, his trot is powerful and elastic, and the same goes for his canter. In it, he has plenty of power and scope. Verron is a striking colt who showed a consistent presentation both times, so we would like to see him back in Ermelo".
