Top results for Comthago VDL and Grand Slam VDL at Jumping Amsterdam

Our stallions Comthago VDL and Grand Slam VDL, both ridden by Marlon Zanotelli, achieved fantastic results last weekend at Jumping Amsterdam.

Grand Slam VDL came two times to start and jumped clear in both rounds. In the 1.60m Grand Prix there was a nice 8th place and a day earlier he finished in 9th place in the 1.50m Telegraaf Prize.

Comthago VDL made a great debut at 1.50m level during Jumping Amsterdam. The stallion showed that this level is also no problem and jumped a fantastic clear round with a 12th place as the end result. The day before, on Saturday, he was clear in the 1.45m class in which he finished 11th.

The Grand Prix of Amsterdam was won by the mighty jumping Zirocco Blue son Elysium (ds. Coronado). With his rider Hans Dieter-Dreher he was the fastest clear in the jump-off. Elysium also placed 2nd in the 1.50m class on Friday. The 11-year-old gelding is bred in Germany by Manfred Tummes.
