Our horses jumped well during Outdoor Gelderland. Comthago VDL and Hessel Hoekstra competed two days on Thursday and Friday. The combination jumped clear on both days and finished on Friday with a nice 6th place in the 1.50m class. The stallion will appear at the CHIO Rotterdam next weekend.
VDL Kelton and Alex David Gill jumped with a clear round. to a fantastic 4th place in their first 1.55m Grand Prix. VDL Kelton was bred by us together with Yde Walda from Wommels. In this Grand Prix there was a 3rd place for Gerco Schroder with Jackpot (Zirocco Blue x Heartbreaker, breeder W. Goesten).
There was a victory for the Harley mare Narcotique v/h Dingeshof. Ridden by Simon McCarthy, the breeding product of Jaak Vermeulen won the 1.45m class. Alex David Gill came 6th in this class with homebred Lacoste VDL (Zirocco Blue x Indcotro).
