LIER - There were fine Grand Prix results last week for a number of descendants of the VDL stallions. Dakar (Douglas x Emilion) and Felicie Bertrand (FRA) came third in the CSI2* 1.45m Grand Prix in Lier (BEL).
In Rome Tor di Quinto (ITA), the CSI2* Grand Prix over 1.45m resulted in third place for Cerenado (Indorado x Lincoln) and Giacomo Bassi (ITA). Gavita V (Zirocco Blue x French Buffet xx), ridden by Giorgio Bilotta (ITA), was fifth in this Grand Prix.
In the Grand Prix of Chepstow (GBR) second place went to BBS Mc Gregor (Cardento x Marc Twain XX) and Jack Ryan (IRL).
