Serusa R (by Hardrock) champion KWPN national marechampionship

Today, two of our mares delivered strong performances at the National Mare Show in Ermelo.
Serusa R (Hardrock x Padinus) was crowned champion, while Sechery VDL (Balou du Reventon x Stakkato) earned a well-deserved 4th place in the final.

Serusa R was purchased by us as a foal from breeder E. Reyrink (Driessen). She is a sister to the international 5* eventing horse Irusa and 1.35m jumper Karusa Blue R. She descends from the same damline as our preferent stallion Etoulon .

Sechery VDL was bred by us out of our top mare Becherry VDL, dam of:

  • Farrel VDL (1.60m GP) – currently successful with Daniel Coyle, recently with great results at Spruce Meadows,
  • Gouvernante VDL (1.50m) – NMK Champion as a 3-year-old,

  • and three other international jumpers: Indigo VDL (1.45m), Jorn VDL (1.40m) and Keystone VDL (1.40m).

Also noteworthy: Sien Amelusiena LK (Baltic x Zirocco Blue), bred and owned by Fam. Klinkhamer from Sleen, impressed with a strong 6th place finish in the final – a great result for this elegant young mare!

We’re proud of these performances and excited for what lies ahead!
